Activated Carbon is a grassroots movement to protect democracy and improve life in Carbon County, PA. Our name symbolizes the place we live, clarity of purpose and the power of collective action. We are working to promote voter education/involvement and events that bring people of like values together to fight authoritarian methods that are being forced upon our institutions and individuals.
We meet monthly, the third Wednesday of the month April to November. Activated Carbon and other relevant local events in Carbon County are announced via email and on our Facebook page.
